What it does: Autoloaded-option weight, expired transients, overdue cron — and, on the Database screen, the twenty heaviest autoloaded options each with the plugin that wrote it, resolved by option-name prefix the same way the interaction owner is resolved by handle. Notes:

• Read-only. Acting on the list — switching autoload off with a backup, purging expired transients — is the Pro optimiser (§3).
• The owner is a heuristic on the name prefix and says nothing where it does not know.
