What it does: Reads your own field data (p75 per device over 28 days) and the render-blocking handles this site owns, and returns an ordered plan: what to defer first, what to leave alone, and what to watch out for. Notes:

• It is in the Pro add-on (ai_advisor) and it spends Forge credits from the same balance as every other Forge AI action. perf_advise is priced explicitly at 1 credit per run in forge-api’s ACTION_COSTS and in the add-on’s badge map, so the button shows the price before the click, like the Draft Forge and Flow Forge buttons.
• It refuses to answer when there is no field data. Advice built on no measurement is a guess.
• Hard-railed handles are never sent, so the plan cannot recommend something the plugin would refuse to apply.
• Nothing is applied automatically. There is no apply-the-plan button: the operator reads it and clicks the rules they agree with, and those rules are then watched like any other (§4).
